Youth Activities

Independence Now coordinates the Maryland Youth Leadership Forum.
The Maryland YLF is a program for high school students with ALL types of disabilities. The lead sponsors for the Maryland Youth Leadership Forum are:

1. Maryland State Department of Education
   • Division of Special Education/Early Intervention Services
   • Division of Rehabilitation Services
2. Other sponsors include:
   • Department of Disabilities
   • Maryland Statewide Independent Living Council
   • Americans with Disabilities Act Information Center for the Mid-Atlantic Region
