“My name is Noelle Valla. I am originally from upstate New York. I have a background in psychology and occupational therapy. My previous job was working at an Independent Living Center for the Open Doors/MFP program. I enjoy cooking, swing dancing, board games, playing the ukulele, knitting, painting and singing.”
