Although a small turnout, consumers attending Independence Now’s cooking class on September 18 made a big impression preparing Mexican chopped salad. The class was led by Kelvin Hawkins, Youth Independent Living Specialist. Focused on healthy eating, participants teamed up to make and enjoy a delicious meal.
