This RFP is being released in anticipation of a planned transition from our current service provider and reflects our commitment to ensuring continuity of accounting operations, payroll accuracy, and audit readiness. The selected firm will participate in a one-month transition overlap period with the incumbent provider during June 2026, with full responsibility beginning July 1, 2026.
Key dates are as follows:
- RFP issued: Tuesday, February 17, 2026
- Questions due: Wednesday, February 25, 2026
- Proposals due: Monday, March 16, 2026
- Firm selection: Friday, April 10, 2026
