We love seeing our youth put their skills into action!
After our recent movie advocacy event, each participant received a $25 Safeway gift card to practice what they learned shopping for and preparing a low-cost, healthy meal at home.
One of our amazing youth took that opportunity and ran with it creating a delicious shrimp, spinach, and linguini pasta dish… and the smile said it all!
