A heartfelt thank you to Disability Partnerships, Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center, Independence Now staff, our consumers, and everyone who joined us for an incredible evening of wellness, connection, and fun!
From the energizing seated exercise session to the delicious fruit-infused water creations and light summer dishes, the evening was filled with laughter, learning, and healthy living. The infused water pitchers were a huge hit and reminded us that healthy choices can be both refreshing and delicious!
Events like this show what happens when our community comes together to support one another, promote wellness, and celebrate inclusion. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success. We can’t wait to see you at our next wellness adventure!
