After nearly 15 years of helping individuals transition from nursing facilities into the community, the program will end on June 30, 2026, due to federal budget cuts.
Participants shared their thoughts, talked about speaking up for themselves, and showed what advocacy can look like in everyday life. Most importantly, they loved the movie.
