After nearly 15 years of helping individuals transition from nursing facilities into the community, the program will end on June 30, 2026, due to federal budget cuts.
In meetings with legislators and state leaders, we shared firsthand experiences about the impact of funding decisions on people with disabilities and emphasized the importance of protecting community-based supports like Money Follows the Person.
