Adaptive Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
If you are a person with a disability or a senior citizen this class is just for you. Participants will engage in low to moderate intensity workouts targeting muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Classes are FREE and VIRTUAL and designed for persons with limited to no mobility and seniors. Every Monday and Wednesday at 4PM.
