Independence Now Presents Humility, Heart, and Health: a virtual roundtable tea discussion on our humbleness, strengths, and challenges as we conquer health issues and disparities among women.

We’re excited to welcome our keynote speaker Ola Ojewumi, Executive Director and Founder of Project ASCEND. A heart and kidney transplant survivor and woman of color, Ms. Ojewumi founded Project ASCEND in 2011 with the mission to create higher education opportunities for marginalized and disadvantaged young people across the globe.
