Come join IN and EveryMind for…Art’s N Crafts Chit Chat: “Improve your Well-Being through Self-Care.”

Join us to chit-chat while you do whatever type of art you like to do from the comfort of your home. It could be beading, coloring, painting, or whatever type of art brings you joy. While we work on our art, we will have a chit-chat about improving your well-being through self-care. Do you find art is a coping skill? Do you have other coping skills you find that work for you? Do you want to improve your well-being? There’s so much to talk about and we can show our friends our art projects at the end, they don’t have to be finished, you can just show off the progress you’ve made! We only have an hour, so much to do, so much to see, so much to say!
