Have you paused to think about how you are doing emotionally or reflect on your resilience? Many people are aware of symptoms of physical conditions like the flu or migraines. But also, creating an awareness about your mental health and functioning is proactive and critical to coping with life challenges. Join Dr. Mana Ali Carter to discuss Assessing Your Mental Health on September 19th at 12pm.
Stressors are a part of life. Stressors come and go. Sometimes the goal is to eliminate stress, but it is important to sometimes shift your goal to managing stress.
