Featured Speaker: Audrey Sellers, Advocate with Disability Rights Maryland
Audrey will lead a presentation about knowing your rights, advocating for yourself, and understanding resources and protections available to people with disabilities. Participants will have an opportunity to learn more about advocacy and how to speak up for the services and supports needed to live the life they choose.

“I Want My Life Back” is a community-focused transition support group dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and residents of nursing facilities learn about opportunities to successfully transition back into the community. The group provides education, resources, peer support, and real-life success stories to empower individuals to regain independence, self-direction, and a higher quality of life through community living and supportive services.
